Wow

So let's see. I haven't blogged in probably 6 months. Well all I can say to that, is life itself has been little nuts. We finally got married!!

So marriage has been super fun. Jonathan is definitely an easy person to live with. We have been doing lots of renovations to our home such as: the kitchen, living room, floors, master bed and bath.  We have also taken in a new child. His name is Drake. He is an absolute wild child but also such a sweetie.

That's really about all, kinda sad that in the last 6 months that's all I have to say. But who knows maybe I will have more to entertain with as the days go by:o)

Turkey

I have come to the conclusion that I think it's funny that Jonathan is killing turkeys and it's April. He shot his first one yesterday ever which weighed about 20-25 pounds. The animal was pretty incredible! Very soft and colorful!

Wow

So I have completely forgotten about my blog! Let's see...we have had birthday parties, work, lunches, work, wedding dress fitting, work, hair trial, work, wedding site, work, work, work, and of course more work. It has been a very busy month and April is only going to be busier, with showers, birthdays, going away weekends, and the final wedding planning.

The closer we get to the wedding date the more fun Jonathan and I are having...it seems like it's the time when most brides really stress out and of course I have had my moments, but for the most part I have been pretty relaxed. I don't think I am a BRIDEZILLA  at all:o) Jonathan has been nothing but fantastic throughout the whole wedding planning part...

My parents went to visit my sis this past weekend, and there are no words to describe how jealous I was... it's always a joy to visit them!!
Jonathan and I hung out with some friends and played with Wrinks a whole lot!

Procrastination

So as I woke up this morning, I found myself thinking that I have totally neglected my blog and have been procrastinating.

I must say though...I have been so busy at work that I forgot about the blog...which is awesome because it was the best week of my career! My dad, Delwin, Jonathan, Gareth, and Uncle Leon all came over yesterday to put sod down around the pool!!! Fortunately there was enough to cover around the wedding site. 

I think everything is going to look so beautiful when spring comes around:o)

On another note...the invitations are done!!! They are so cute!!! Kudos to Justin! I am so excited to send them out..we have about 10 weeks until the wedding and I am not stressed at all...in fact I am more ready to get married!!! The Lord has definitely given me a great man to love and who loves me!

Busy Weekend:o)

So "the Honds" (Jonathan's car) died Monday evening unexpectedly, so we decided to buy a brand new truck on Thursday...may I just say how relieved I am that Jonathan is finally in a reliable vehicle...no more late night phone calls with Jonathan telling me he might not make it home, no more blown-out tires on the way home after a lovely meal, and no more smoke coming out of the hood because the radiator doesn't work....finally peace at mind.

Our awesome friends gave us a king size bedroom suite for FREE; which is absolutely gorgeous, it definitely saved us a some MULA! Thank you sweet friends! After Jonathan and his handy cousin, Chuck, loaded it into the house, we started setting up for our Just Dance party...which was a complete success! There is nothing like spending time with the people you love! They loved the hot-boiled peanuts that Tom and Chane' made, so thank you for the protein:o) and they loved Just Dancing...I would really like to purchase Just Dance 2 and the Michael Jackson Dance. I think they would be great additions to the Just Dance parties!

Wedding List

So I had time today to sit down and look at the LONG list of to-dos before I say I DO:o) Even though it feels never-ending, I believe this list will be accomplished. We are almost at 2 months until the wedding and it feels like there is so much to do but little time to do it. From choosing a cake to dress fittings to venues to deciding what we want to do on honeymoon. I really would like to go back to the Hart's Inn and Spa just for the fact of you don't have to think of life when you are there. I have thoroughly enjoyed planning the biggest day of our lives, but as Jonathan and I have discussed muliple times, we are both ready to be married and settled:o) I can't wait to explore new recipes, make hot-boiled peanuts, and have Just Dance parties with the friends who will live 10 minutes away each direction!!! I think that deserves a Whoop Whoop:o)
