Jonathan and I have decided to make some serious changes to our life... Healthier changes! We have decided to a join a crossfit gym! We are in week one of doing the full workout! Never did I ever think our bodies could be in such pain! The actual workout in itself is difficult but the feeling afterward is almost worse! Not being able to move and thinking "how am i going to do hair?" it shows you what your body is capable of doing which is amazing but is painful! We have truly enjoyed it! It's completely out of our box, it's building confidence, and we are getting in the best shape! We can wait to see the final results after we build our strength up:)
Maybe I will post pictures of our changing bodies in the future; we shall see!
Happy Holidays to all!!

Puppy #3
I think Jonathan and I have lost our minds. We decided to adopt another little dog. He is full grown and only weighs 9 whole pounds. Buster is his name, he is white and fluffy. So far it's been super adventurous having 3 dogs but luckily they all get a long great.
On other news, I can't believe it's almost Christmas. Where has the time gone? I am looking forward to spending some time with my family!!!
Thats about it for now.

Mr. Drake
Drake is a GSP (German short-haired pointer), and he has lived up to every characteristic of a gsp. He is hyper, loving, loyal, and most of all adventurous! This week he has decided in his own brain to go scope out the new scenery! One day he went running around the whole neighborhood, it took me about an hour to find him; I was on the 4wheeler in my bright pink robe, definitely a great site:) The next day I couldn't find him and decided to leave it alone, I probably would have killed him if I did, so as I was leaving for work I saw him trotting up the road, I then decided to crate him! As I got home that day, he created a huge hole in the bottom of the crate; the crate is made out if steel. I couldn't decide if I was angry or shocked at his strength. Living with this sweet dog definitely keeps you on your toes! He may be smart but we are smarter and always one step ahead!

Woodruff Road
Dear long, horrible Woodruff Road!!! Our relationship will be ending! I found someone new that I love! I know we have been together for a year and a half but over time I have come to despise you! You are just one long waste of time! I will see you again just not everyday, twice a day! I hope that you become smarter and quicker!
Sincerely,
Lorine

!!Boom!!
So a simple snack turned into a two day joke. Eggs are probably the most normal and easy thing to eat, make, and enjoy!!! As of yesterday I would completely disagree with that!!! I took the shell off of my hard-boiled egg, warmed it in the microwave, and let it cool for a split second. As I sat down, salted it, bit into it, it...exploded!!!! Yes an egg exploded in my face!! I was in such shock but couldn't help but laugh, food had just attacked my face! It was the funniest thing that has ever happened with food! I never knew a simple egg could be so dangerous!!! So my recommendation: poke holes in your egg before warming:)

Pop-in
Living in the country has it's perks! It's quiet, peaceful, and you have your privacy. So I thought anyway. I feel more people "pop-in" whenever they feel like! This is NOT ok. It happened again today. A man just pops-in always asking where my husband is (he pops-in when my husband is home as well!) though I don't think he will do anything, it is still not ok! Crazy things come to my mind, such as, if something happens will they find me or will I be able to protect myself quick enough! Yes the country living has it's perks when it comes to peace and quiet but when you really think about it, it's pretty scary!

Another year older
It's official I am getting old! After working a full time job for the last 5 years and getting married, I never really felt like a full grown-up. For some reason this birthday is making me feel one like an adult and two kind of old. So far it's been a fabulous day and was able to talk to some pretty fabulous people! I am interested in what this year will bring:)

Countdown
The countdown has begun! We are praying only two weeks until our big move! A lot of things have been on my mind, such as "I wonder how quick our house will sell" or "is this move the right one to make" all we can do is pray! It's amazing how great prayer is and how it works. We are looking forward to starting this new journey. It's going to be a great one!

3 Homes
I have never thought I would be able to fix, clean, and pack 3 homes in one day! Well I did!!! Last night the hubster and I took our first load of stuff to the lake house ( I walked in my house today, it's still dirty). I woke up this morning and cleaned my whole closet, and all the drawers in my room. Prepping for our arrival, which will hopefully happen in 2-3 weeks!!! After emptying my old room, which may I add threw away all my childhood things; that made me a bit sad. I then headed to Nadine's house to help her with painting, that took a good five hours. I headed home and immediately started packing up our home. This is the hardest part, it's bittersweet. We have made so many sweet memories in our first home. It's hard to let it go, to say that final good-bye, not knowing if you're making the right decision. Jonathan has been fantastic through all of this, I struggle with the feeling I am taking him away from his home. I just continue to think " it's for the kids."
Well my break seems to be over, I have to continue packing.
As they say: keep on keeping on!

Blogging
So I have decided that I am going to try real hard to blog more frequently. So then I thought " I am going to need something to blog about." when we got home from St. Louis, I was lying in bed thinking about all sorts of things to blog about. When I woke up I couldn't think of one those things. So I let the ideas float in my head hoping that one of them would pop up; so far it's a fail! I hope that this "brain fart" will soon end so that I will lots to blog about:)
Until next time!
Until next time!

Life as We know it!
This past weekend was incredible! We took a trip to the great St. Louis where we visited my sister, brother-in-law, and sweet little Simon. He has grown so much since the last time we saw him!
I also had a refresher course on sewing which has put so many ideas in my mind on what to make; Saturday j made a skirt:
I think I am going to enjoy sewing; it's soothing to me, it's my time to explore the world of fabric.
Since my last entry (which almost a whole year ago) Jonathan and I have celebrated our first year of marriage; definitely a relief. People do not lie when they say the first year is the hardest. I am forever grateful for my sweet hubs for putting up with me! It's been great. We are in the process of moving closer to Greenville. I cannot wait! Driving an hour to work then an hour home is not worth it to me, we miss out on so much in life; from hanging out with friends, date nights, and seeing family.
So we shall see how it all goes: I keep praying it will go according to plan:)
